Hi! My name is Olivia and I am the owner of Cozy Creations. In the late spring of 2021, I made a few chunky knit pillows for my bed. What started out as a fun craft turned into a hobby, and later I began selling chunky knit pillows and other products as well.

Shipping, pick-up, and returns
Shipping is available within Canada only. Customers pay for shipping. Each order is handmade and packed with love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. Pick-up is available for customers within the Toronto GTA. Note that all prices on this site are listed in $CAD. Returns and exchanges are not offered, but please contact me if there is something wrong with your order.
